Exhibitor Opportunities

A limited number of exhibitor spaces are available. A completed registration form and payment must be received to guarantee a space. Please register by May 1st.

Exhibitor Pricing

$250 Swag Bag Only - Over 5,000 bags distributed to Cal students

$550 Standard Exhibitor Booth - 8 x 10 space ($450 for each additional booth space)

$500 Full-Page Color Ad  - Placement in the online and print event guides. Over 5,000 hardcopies distributed to Cal students

Exhibitor Benefits

All exhibitors receive the following operational package:

  • Standard 8′ x 10′ exhibitor space
  • Pipe and drape
  • One (1) table and chair per booth space
  • Electricity and wireless internet access
  • One (1) complimentary parking space during the event
  • One(1) complimentary lunch per day

  • Exhibitor concierge service available throughout the event

A number of complimentary hotel room nights for Saturday, August 21 & Sunday, August 22 will be available on a first-come-first served basis
